This elegant ring is made from 14kt solid gold. It is set with our Shelby Synthetic Blue Sapphire and our Simulated diamonds. There is 4.91 total carat size of sparkle. We really make all of our Sapphires. They have the same physical, chemical and visual properties as a natural sapphire. Guaranteed! They look better than any but the very best natural sapphire.
