This nice looking ring is made from solid 14kt white gold. We can make one for you in yellow gold as well. It is set with a Shelby Oceanite gem that is 1.75 carat size. The head is a special one. It's a "U" head with 8 prongs "octet". The gem is held in very well with this head. Shelby Gems is the ONLY place in the World you can buy Oceanite. We Invented it! It has a beautiful ocean blue color with a lot of sparkle. This isn't the mineral Oceanite. We just thought it sounded like a nice name, it wasn't til later that we found out that there is a mineral called by the same name. It doesn't look like our Oceanite at all!! This gem can also be used as a December birthstone.
