This pretty pendant is set with a 1.52 carat size heart shaped Shelby simulated red diamond. This pendant is made from solid 14kt yellow gold. The chain is also solid 14kt gold and 18'' long. We can make it in white gold as well. We can cut any of our gems into a heart shape if you'd like a different type of gem in a ring like this. Our simulated colored diamonds are just as hard as our white ones. The red has quite a bit more "fire" than a ruby.
